The location of the hotel is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Vatican and the nearest metro station. The room was clean and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds. I especially loved the Roman style courtyard. The breakfast, though simple, was included in the price and I enjoyed it at a nearby café. The host, Vincent, was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and cozy rooms.

The hotel is very clean and has great facilities, including air conditioning, a kettle, and a hairdryer in the room. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city and close to the metro station. The breakfast across the street is really good and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff, particularly Vincent, was amazing and always quick to respond to any inquiries.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering its convenient location just a few minutes' walk from the Vatican Museums. The attention to detail was evident in the beautiful garden, which provided a peaceful escape from the bustling city. The rooms on the second floor had high ceilings and big windows, allowing for plenty of natural light.
No major improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Great location, close to the underground station. Immersed in culture. Delicious free breakfast. Comfortable beds/pillows. Helpful and friendly host. Useful map and tips. Close to St Peter's Square and Vatican. Clean and well-equipped apartment. Beautiful courtyard. Easy communication with the owner.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
